Educational courses
Channel management services
All services are provided as strategic guidance and content assets, not execution.
No Guarantees
Niche King does not guarantee:
Views
Subscribers
Revenue
Algorithmic performance
Growth outcomes
Results depend on execution, consistency, niche competitiveness, and external platform factors beyond our control.
Client Execution
Clients are solely responsible for:
Filming
Editing
Uploading
Publishing
Channel management
Niche King is not responsible for delays, missed uploads, or performance issues caused by lack of execution.
Payments & Billing
Niche King operates on a monthly subscription basis.
Fees are charged monthly per channel
There are no refunds for completed or partially completed billing periods
Services continue only while the subscription remains active
Month-to-Month Engagement
Niche King is offered on a month-to-month basis.
Clients may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Work already delivered is not refundable.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables created by Niche King are licensed to the client for use on their own channels.
Clients retain ownership of their YouTube channels and content.
Niche King retains ownership of:
Internal frameworks
Processes
Methodologies
Strategic systems
Limitation of Liability
Niche King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing period.
Modifications
Niche King reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
